Enquiries

The contact form receives your name, email, optional company, selected topic and message. We use these details to handle and reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible client relationship. We do not use them for newsletters or advertising. You can also email us directly.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Where you request a quote or contract in your personal capacity, necessary precontractual steps may instead rely on Article 6(1)(b).

The message is delivered to our email system. The form does not create a database of messages. To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores submission times linked to a hash of the IP address in a technical file.

Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are reviewed and normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Information relevant to a client relationship may be retained as required by contracts and applicable law. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential client material in the form.

Visits, operations and cookies

Our hosting provider, Simply.com, may process technical details such as IP address, time and requested pages for operation and security. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies or profile visitors for advertising.

The day planner sets a necessary session cookie called ravir_route_session. It links security protection and request limiting to the same visit. It is not used for analytics or marketing. Its actual lifetime and server log retention will be checked during our technical review.

Day planner and maps

When you use the day planner, entered addresses and coordinates are sent through our server to openrouteservice/HeiGIT for geocoding and route calculation. Your browser does not send addresses directly to that service, but the service receives the data needed for the calculation. The tool does not create a separate route database.

The page loads Leaflet files from unpkg when the day planner opens. If you choose to display the detailed map, your browser loads tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. These providers may receive technical connection details including your IP address. Do not enter confidential addresses in this public demo. Our purpose is to provide the requested function and protect the service; the basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and retention

Simply.com hosts the website on our behalf. Necessary details may also be processed by our email provider and the map and routing services named above. We do not sell personal information. The technical providers may apply their own policies and log retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing. Contact us at the address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
